Refund & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery
Deliverables are digital and appear in your account under My deliverables. AI-generated solutions are produced once live generation is switched on; ready-made templates are available to download straight after your order is confirmed. Custom solutions show their delivery time on the quote.
2. Revisions
Generated solutions include a set number of revision rounds, shown on the deliverable. Additional rounds can be requested.
3. Refunds
[Refund window and conditions to be confirmed.] If a deliverable is not produced, or is materially different from what was described, contact us and we will re-run it, fix it or refund you. Free pilot orders are not charged and so have nothing to refund.
