Privacy Policy

Email addresses — when you create an account, join a waitlist, ask to be notified about a launch, or contact us.

Account data — your name, sign-in details (or Google sign-in profile), the date you accepted these policies, your orders, runs, deliverables, reviews and, for sellers, store and payout details.

Uploaded files — documents you attach to a solution run or a custom request, and the deliverables produced from them.

To run your account, process orders, produce and deliver your solutions, handle revisions, send service emails (such as launch updates you opted into) and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data. Your inputs and deliverables are not shared with other customers.

Data is stored with our hosting and database provider using encrypted connections. Uploaded files and deliverables are kept in private storage that only your account (and authorised Kazedo administrators, for support) can access, and downloads use short-lived links.

[Retention periods to be confirmed.] Account data is kept while your account is active. Uploaded files and deliverables are kept so you can re-download them, until you delete them or close your account. Order records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

We only use storage that is needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings (such as light or dark mode). We do not use advertising cookies. If you accept the analytics notice, we use cookie-free Plausible analytics to count page visits and key actions (such as joining the waitlist or starting a request). These events never include your name, email or uploaded content.

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data through our Contact page. [Applicable data-protection law and regulator details to be confirmed.]
